Barbara Colombo, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist-doctorate specializing in the care and treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and families. Her clinical work is guided by a systemic approach, with a focus on helping individuals restore balance and well-being in their lives. Dr. Colombo frequently supports clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, social difficulties, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and emotion regulation issues.

Dr. Colombo earned her doctoral degree from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy, and completed postgraduate certification at Harvard Medical School. Her graduate training emphasized working with children and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and the psychological impact of medical conditions, such as cancer—areas that remain central to her clinical practice.

Additionally, she works with adults and older adults confronting significant life transitions, managing complex emotions, or navigating intricate family dynamics.
