Waterfront Burlington Office

and Parking Info

The office is located on the 2nd Floor of 112 Lake St (the same building as Foam Brewing). There is an elevator to access the 2nd Floor, if you would prefer to utilize the stairs please let your clinician know.

Parking is free in the lot directly connected to 112 Lake St. There is also metered parking on Lake St if an overflow spot is needed. Please allow for extra time in the summer months for parking especially on nice days in the afternoons.

Accessibility Info:

There are gender-neutral accessible restrooms in the lobby of the 2nd floor. The main way to the 2nd floor is via an elevator, however, stairs are also available (please speak to your clinician if access to the stairs are needed)
