Maria Cottingham, Ph.D., ABPP-CN (she/her), is a licensed clinical psychologist, board certified in clinical neuropsychology. She received her Ph.D. from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA, and completed her clinical training at Yale University School of Medicine, and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. She has over 15 years of experience working with adults with a wide variety of medical, neurologic, and psychiatric conditions, providing comprehensive, evidence-based, neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic evaluations within a supportive and culturally aware framework. In addition to her clinical work, she has published a number of peer-reviewed articles and book chapters examining performance validity, somatic symptom disorders, and affirming neuropsychological care for the LGBTQ+ community. She is available for a range of neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic evaluation services, including testing related to dementia/memory, ADHD, TBI/concussion, general neurology (including epilepsy, movement disorders, stroke), pre/post-surgical care, and personality/psychiatric disorders, as well as forensic evaluations.
